Small patch of farmland available to share in the scenic village of Milton NSW. The land is located close to town and a weekly farmer’s market. The land seeker(s) will ideally have a background in permaculture, organic market gardening or a similar discipline.

This will be a new venture and would suit people with a secondary income while in the establishment phase.

The owners of the property will lease the land long-term in exchange for some general garden and farm maintenance work and produce. Extra costs including water, electricity, earthworks, farm equipment and structures will need to be covered.
