We’re excited to offer several roles at our farm for commencement over the next 3 months as we head towards summer.  We’re looking to fill a range of roles including:

  • Production / Field Manager

  • Farmer (full time and part time available)

Your job will be varied and involve things like:

  • planting, weeding and sowing

  • Tractor operation (BCS two wheel tractor)

  • Harvesting, washing and packing

  • Bed preparation, maintenance and cleaning

  • Occasional customer service

  • Lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, counting, recording and lots of other things!


This is a very physical job and requires someone who wants a healthy, active job but also has the psychological grit to push through occasionally difficult or mundane tasks. We are a team of (mostly) ex-restaurant staff who work fast, hard and do whatever’s required to get the job done. 


Ramarro Farm is a small farm located in the Dandenong Ranges which grows and sells chemical free vegetables for the local community and the Melbourne and Sydney restaurant industry. Now in our 9th season, we are committed to leading the way in quality vegetable production and healthy happy staff.
